How to create an order

An order is something we strictly insist on, besides, it creates a kind of relationship between the customer and the manufacturer. It also serves for records, documents for invoicing and other requirements.
In short, based on the order, we have created a file in one file, documents for production, invoicing, information for shipping and payment method, i.e. everything important for us.

Our auto-stitky.cz website is designed as a classic e-shop, so you select the item you are ordering and put it in the cart, but before that it is necessary to add the necessary documents to the order, most often a photo of the damaged label, a scan or rephotographed VTP, COC list, simply all the documents for the given label, vehicle or device.

Step 1.
- product selection - in this particular case we want to order an AL label measuring 80 x 40 mm
- we select on the subpage Aluminum labels - AL label small

Step 2.
- we are on the subpage: Aluminum labels / Al label - small

- we select and insert the attachment "select attachment" (here we insert the necessary files for production, photo of the damaged label, scan of the Large technical certificate or other documentation)
- optionally insert a text note "product note"

- without the inserted attachment, the order cannot be continued

Step 3.

- after inserting the attachments (file img80.jpg and 080.JPG) we can add the product to the cart "to the cart"

Step 4.
- we have inserted it into the cart, the attached attachments are also visible and we continue

Step 5.
- we choose the method of delivery and payment, in our case - Czech Post cash on delivery, payment upon receipt

Step 6.
- we fill in personal data for sending and invoicing

Step 7.
- we are done, the order is created and we send a recapitulation and a possible payment request in the case of advance payment as well as a QR code for the given payment to your e-mail
